Not your typical salt-packed anchovy. These delicate fillets are processed fresh, lightly cured, then tinned in premium extra virgin olive oil for a clean, buttery flavour.

Sourced from thriving, well-managed fisheries in the Bay of Biscay, our anchovies are landed by small-scale purse seiners that reduce bycatch and prevent over-harvest. The fishermen belong to centuries-old cofradías (guilds) that share profits and maintain sustainable practices.

Mild enough to serve alone with crackers, olives and a cold glass of wine – yet rich enough to transform any pasta or salad.
